Rather gorgeous minimalistic skin for Google Reader, by Jon Hicks. Had to tweak it to get my all-important "Mark All as Read" button, but apart from that, perfet.
Doom
The original shareware version of Doom, cross-compiled (not emulated) into a Flash app. Not quite playable on my Mac (pressing Space fires the gun instead of opening doors), but still pretty danged impressive.
